Terms of Service

Service terms, admissions conditions and institutional access rules for Minervia Institute.

These terms govern use of the university website, application routes, admissions interactions and limited access to institutional systems before enrolment is complete.

Access to admissions, student and administrative systems is subject to documented rules, identity verification and operational safeguards published by the university.

TS-01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Minervia Institute website or services, you acknowledge these terms and agree to follow the published institutional rules governing use of public and protected systems.

TS-02

Application conduct

Applications must be submitted through official channels with accurate, complete and truthful information. Misleading or falsified submissions may lead to rejection, cancellation or disciplinary review.

TS-03

Admissions conditions

Admission decisions remain conditional until document review, identity checks, interview stages, tuition obligations and, where relevant, visa requirements have been satisfied.

TS-04

System access before enrolment

Applicants may receive limited portal access before physical enrolment, but institutional email issuance and full student privileges are activated only after in-person verification and formal registration.

TS-05

Content and institutional property

Site content, records formats, public notices and software elements remain the property of the university or its licensors and may not be reused beyond the permissions granted by law or explicit written consent.

TS-06

Changes and notices

The university may revise these terms, public workflows or access conditions to reflect legal, operational or academic changes. Updated conditions become effective once republished on the public site.
