Admissions cycle 2026/2027
Application files, admissions decisions, registration windows and supporting documentation are routed through one public registrar structure before any protected system access is granted.
Application route

Receive registration code and file number
Contact the admissions office or an authorised representative to receive the registration code used to open your applicant record.

Open applicant record
Complete the online application using passport-identical personal data and the assigned registration code.

Lodge supporting documents
Submit passport copy, academic records, language proof and supporting documents to the admissions file register.

Registrar and faculty review
The registrar verifies completeness before the faculty committee records an academic decision.

Decision and enrolment notice
The final decision, payment guidance and enrolment instructions are issued in writing by email.

Academic Requirements
Secondary-school diploma or recognised equivalent supported by a complete academic transcript.
Language Requirements
English-medium routes require IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 80 or equivalent. Polish-medium routes require evidence of B2 Polish.

Records and verification
Public guidance reflects the same order used by the registrar desk: identity check, academic equivalency, fee processing, interview decision and enrolment confirmation.

Identity files are checked against the submitted passport or national ID.
•
Academic files are reviewed for completeness before faculty evaluation begins.
•
Interview scheduling is released only after the file status is marked complete.
•
Conditional offers remain pending until in-person enrolment closes the file.
